I run into some pretty interesting situation….The lack of space in the foyer area didn’t give me much of a chance to set up a NICE background, and as Michelle had pointed out, the yucky yellow is probably not the best backdrop color. Then my flash extension cord won’t sych up between the Xti and the 430, and Jen my assistance had to bounce the 430 on the umbrella we set up behind her…And thus the lighting is not unify since she had to move around the foyer to avoid foot traffic.
So I ended up not really liking the original color version of these shoot, but by accidentally applying the SKIN TONE only preset from the baby portrait session…it actually give everyone a really even skin tone and turn the yucky yellow wall into a muted color.
UPDATED: I had just upload a set of the muted color preset to Adobe exchange, and it is currently under review of the staff. Hopefully that will be the final solution we need for downloading preset.
